Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used to support website operation, security and form functionality. Any non-essential analytics or advertising technologies we enable will be described through this policy or the privacy choices provided on our website, as appropriate.

Google Search Console may be used to understand how the website appears and performs in Google Search. It is separate from visitor analytics. Campaign links, including links from our Google Business Profile, may contain attribution parameters that can be measured if website analytics are enabled.

8. Overseas Service Providers

Some service providers may store or process information outside Australia or use global infrastructure. Where we use overseas service providers, we take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances and consider the provider’s privacy, security and contractual safeguards.

9. Security & Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal, accounting, warranty and business requirements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, destroy or de-identify it.
